The base build covers one agreed workflow. Complex payments, multi-tenant systems and sensitive data need separate assessment. Additional features and major migrations are quoted separately. With N+ Plus, agreed hosting, one eligible domain, routine upkeep, backups and standard recovery are included within your quoted usage and support limits. Extra features and third-party services outside that scope are quoted separately. Build & Handover excludes ongoing hosting and maintenance.

Should I use an existing tool instead of a custom app?
If an existing product already handles the workflow and its constraints are acceptable, that may be enough. A custom build is worth discussing when the workflow, user experience or integration needs are specific enough to justify its ongoing care.
Are accounts and a database included?
We define the required screens, roles, data and integrations before quoting. The final agreement states exactly which account and database capabilities are included; the starting price does not include every possible feature.
Who owns the app and accounts?
You own your accounts and receive the project source, subject to third-party licences. Ownership and access are confirmed as part of the agreed handover.
What happens after launch?
Choose N+ Plus for ongoing management, including agreed hosting, domain, upkeep, backups, recovery and a content-update allowance. The first year is prepaid; afterward you may renew monthly at the full rate or annually at 10% off. Build & Handover includes 30 days of defect fixes, with future upkeep arranged separately.
